Due to Covid19 we have had to temporarily change the way we run our business, this has not been easy for us as we like all our guests to feel at home when they stay, but the safety of our guests is very important to us. to comply with the Scottish Government Guidelines, the measures we have put in place are as follows.
Confirmed arrival time so that guests are not arriving at the same time, if you do arrive earlier or later than your advised time and other guests are checking in you may have to wait until we have checked them in and cleaned all surfaces. If a mobile number is provided we will contact you on the day of arrival to confirm your time.
Breakfast to be ordered the day before and a time given for this, we are only able to have up to 4 people in the breakfast room at one time unless everyone is from the same party. Breakfast hours will be extended to try and accommodate everyone, our buffet table will not be available. We will also offer a 'breakfast bag to go' option.
To minimise housekeepers interaction with guest rooms, if you are staying more than one night we will only clean your room if you ask us to. Any guest requiring new bedding, towels, tea, coffee etc just need to ask us and we will be happy to help. All soft furnishings will be removed from the rooms.
When a booking is made, an email confirmation will be sent immediately.

Card details will be held as a deposit.
Please note card details supplied must be valid for the booked dates and 1 nights accommodation MAY be charged within 7 days of your arrival and if the card is declined you will be given 24hours notice to update card details or the reservation will be cancelled.

We cannot guarantee specific rooms on 1 night only bookings.
Cancellation with less than 7 days notice from 10am of the day of arrival will incur the cost of the first nights accommodation.
Curtailment of a stay will be liable for the full amount of the booking.
Please consider taking out holiday insurance, particularly for winter bookings.
We cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
Departure / Arrival arrangements
Check-in time is between 3.00pm and 10.00pm and in the event of guests not turning up (no show) by last check-in, one nightâ€™s accommodation will be charged. Please note:- We do not operate a 24 hour reception
Check-out is by 10.30am
To comply with legislation smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
Failure to observe this policy will result in you being charged the full cost of your stay and being asked to leave.
Also a Â£50.00 cleaning charge debited from your credit/debit card.
Monday-Friday served 7.30 to 9.15am
Saturday-Sunday served 8.00 to 9.15am
